Masterpiece Bookends Company Policies

  • Due to the nature of custom-ordered or custom-engraved bookends, we will not be able to accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange for another like product any customized pair of bookends unless they are broken or damaged due to a flaw in workmanship or poor handling during shipping.  Please see below for more specific information.

  • Should your product ever break, fall apart, or otherwise experience any problems due to a flaw in workmanship, contact us, providing your name, telephone number, mailing address, and a brief description of the problem.  We unconditionally stand behind the workmanship that goes into our bookends and will gladly repair or replace any flawed bookends, based on your preference.

  • For items damaged in shipping, contact must be made with us within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. Product can be returned for exchange for like item or full refund. Refunds issued after returned item is received. We will pay all shipping costs incurred for return of damaged item. If you choose to exchange your damaged item, we will ship the new item to you free.

  • For returns due to preference (non-damaged item): Returns with full refund for up to 30 days after sale; item must be received by us in its original condition before a refund can be issued; customer pays shipping cost to return item to us. Returns not accepted after 30 days.
